Hey, I’m Tammy
I know how hard it is to feel stuck. For twenty years, I chased escape through drugs, alcohol, food—and anything else that would quiet the pain. I cycled through detox centers, jail cells, and broken relationships, trying to hold it all together while falling apart.
The more I tried to fix things on my own, the more hopeless I felt. I pieced together over two years of sobriety multiple times during that season, but I always ended up relapsing.
Why?
Because I never dealt with the emotional and spiritual roots of what was causing me to escape in the first place.
It wasn’t until I surrendered to God in 2008—on my knees and completely out of answers—that everything began to change.
In an instant, the obsession and compulsion to drink and drug were miraculously lifted. The cravings were gone. The weight I had carried for decades lifted. Hope came flooding in.
But while God took the addiction, I was left with a mess to clean up—and a heart in need of deep healing.
That was just the beginning of the real work: facing my pain, renewing my mind, and letting Him rebuild what had been broken.
I thought the chaos was who I was.
But I was wrong.
►It was the unhealed pain.
►It was the self-sabotage.
►It was the lies I believed about myself.
Now, I help others do what I wish I’d done sooner—get to the root. I specialize in helping those who are hurting to confront their pain, break free from shame, and step into a life rooted in healing, worth, and lasting transformation.
